Hi! I'm Sarita, and this is my Journalism Portfolio. During the 2024–25 school year, I was a sophomore at Carlmont High School. In the first half of the year, I served as a staff writer for our online publication, ScotScoop, contributing to both the news and entertainment sections and developing a longer-form feature story. In the second semester, I transitioned into an editor intern role, where I focused on editing and providing feedback on other students' articles. As an intern, I supported other writers and helped maintain the quality and clarity of our publication’s content. This experience strengthened my skills in both writing and editing, while also expanding my involvement with the publication.
